A beneficiary is a person or organization that will receive the benefit of property from an estate or trust. This may be through the right to receive a bequest or to receive trust principal over time.

If you want your gift restricted to preserve land associated with a certain war, please indicate that on our Declaration of Intent after making the American Battlefield Trust a beneficiary.

Life Insurance Policy Beneficiary:

Maybe your family’s requirements have changed and you no longer need a life insurance policy death benefit.
